She wanted me to surprise her, so she got a battle-ready Reed using his ability to contort his body into any shape (he did canonically make himself a dinosaur for the sake of fun/because he damn well could once) to make himself some claw hands. He’s been taking lessons from T’challa. Also drawing Reed is just the best excuse to tell anatomy where it can go.
